Cook the Turkey Bacon for about 2 minutes on each side, not too crispy.
Place a 1 oz piece of Cheddar on its end, top with apricot marmalade, sliced almonds, and a piece of dried apricot. Roll it up and skewer it with a toothpick.
To get that melty cheese effect, place the finished product back in a pan on low heat to melt the cheese.
