- Godshall’s Original Turkey Bacon
- Irish Cheddar Cheese
- Sliced Almonds
- Apricot Marmalade
- Cook the Turkey Bacon for about 2 minutes on each side, not too crispy.
- Lay a 1 oz piece of Cheddar on the end, top with sliced almonds and an apricot, roll it up and skewer it with a toothpick!
- To get that melty cheese effect, place the finished product back in a pan on low heat to melt the cheese.
