Open Positions

We are currently hiring across multiple production departments and skill levels. Roles range from entry-level to experienced operator and lead positions.

Entry-Level Positions

No prior industry experience required. A great starting point for candidates looking to build a career in food manufacturing.

• Processing Associate (Lebanon): Work in our raw food processing department performing tasks such as injecting, stuffing, grinding, and general meat preparation. Involves operating equipment, weighing and measuring ingredients, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, food-safe work area.

• Take Down Associate (Lebanon): Safely remove meat products from racks and transfer them to production bins for further processing. Involves product quality inspection, safe handling and transport of meat, and maintaining an organized work area. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a refrigerated environment.

• Mixer Assistant (Lebanon): Support mixing operations by measuring and loading ingredients, monitoring mixing processes, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and transferring finished batches to the production line.

• Bacon Stuffing Assistant (Lebanon): Assist in preparing and assembling bacon stuffing products. Involves ingredient preparation, operating stuffing equipment, monitoring product quality, assisting with packaging, and performing basic equipment upkeep.

Skilled Production Positions

Prior experience operating equipment in a production or food manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Bacon Grinder Operator (Lebanon): Operate and maintain grinding equipment used for bacon processing. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operating the grinder to specification, conducting quality checks, recording production data, and following all food safety standards.

• Bacon Stuffing Operator (Lebanon): Operate stuffing equipment to assemble bacon products per recipe and production requirements. Includes equipment setup, quality monitoring, production data entry, and routine maintenance tasks.

• High-Speed Packer (Lebanon): Operate high-speed packaging machinery to package products efficiently and accurately. Includes ensuring correct labeling and coding, performing visual quality checks, maintaining production targets, and reporting safety or quality concerns promptly.

• High-Speed Product Loader (Lebanon): Load products onto conveyor systems or packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment. Includes operating loading equipment, ensuring proper product placement, conducting visual inspections, and coordinating with the team to keep the line running smoothly.

Lead Positions

For experienced candidates with demonstrated leadership ability in a production environment.

• Machine Operator / Line Lead (Lebanon): Operate and monitor equipment while providing leadership support across the production line. Responsibilities include equipment adjustments, training new team members, verifying packaging and date coding, completing production records, and leading by example with GMP and housekeeping standards.

Schedule

Both shifts are available for most positions. Mandatory Saturday overtime applies when production needs require it.

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to approximately 1:30 AM

• Weekend: Mandatory Saturdays as needed

• Note: Hours may vary and are subject to change.

General Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred for most roles

• Familiarity with food safety practices (GMP, SQF) is a plus

• Ability to follow instructions and production schedules with accuracy and consistency

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to take direction
