Spinach and Beef Bacon Flatbread


  • 5 strips Godshall’s Beef Bacon
  • 1 cup spinach and artichoke dip
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 flatbread


  1. Spread the spinach and artichoke dip on the flatbread. Create a well for the egg to sit in.
  2. Place the flatbread on the sheet pan, crack the eggs into the wells, and layer on the tomatoes.
  3. Top with Godshall’s Beef Bacon strips.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until the egg white is completely cooked through.
