Beef Bacon Breakfast


  • 3oz Hash Browns, frozen
  • 2slices Tomato
  • 1each Egg
  • 1each English Muffin
  • 1slice Muenster cheese
  • 3strips Beef Bacon
  • 4T Butter
  • 1oz Red Bell Pepper
  • 1oz Onion
  • 2oz Olive Oil
  • TT Salt and Pepper


Toss the hash browns, peppers, onions, salt and pepper in olive oil and bake at 350 until golden brown.

Cook your beef bacon and put aside. Toast your English muffin and butter. Cook your egg.

Put your English muffin on a plate, place the slice of Muenster cheese, the tomato, the egg, and the bacon on top. Place the hash browns on the side of the plate.
