Beef Bacon Breakfast


  • 3 ounces Hash Browns, frozen
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1 each English Muffin
  • 1 slice Muenster cheese
  • 3 strips  Godshall’s Beef Bacon
  • 4 tablespoons  Butter
  • 1 ounce Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 ounce Onion, chopped
  • 2 ouncesOlive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Toss the hash browns, peppers, onions, salt and pepper in olive oil and bake at 350°F until golden brown.

Cook your beef bacon and put aside. Toast your English muffin and butter. Cook your egg.

Put your English muffin on a plate, place the slice of Muenster cheese, the tomato, the egg, and the bacon on top. Place the hash browns on the side of the plate.
