Beef Bacon Breakfast


Lots of options to customize! Prepare it simply as shown, or enhance your dish, with the below:

  • 3 oz hash browns (or 2 patties), frozen
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 egg
  • 1 English muffin (of 2 waffles)
  • 1 slice Muenster cheese
  • 3 strips Godshall’s Beef Bacon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 oz red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 oz onion, chopped
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toss the hash browns, peppers, onions, salt, and pepper in olive oil, and bake at 350°F until golden brown.
  2. Cook the Beef Bacon, as per package instructions, and set it aside.
  3. Toast the English muffin and butter it.
  4. Cook your egg.
  5. Put your English muffin on a plate, place the slice of Muenster cheese, the tomato, the egg, and the bacon on top. Serve with the hash browns on the side of the plate.
