Job Purpose
The Product Integration – Document Administrator is responsible for completing daily tasks related to labeling to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement integration strategies, troubleshooting issues, generating and maintaining nutrition facts panels and ingredient declarations, managing portal specifications and customer set up documents, and enhancing product performance to meet business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities include:
- Work with the Product Integration Team to set up all new product ranges/label updates to support the New Product Rollout process.
- Maintain all assigned projects within the allotted timeline and communicate with the appropriate teams when changes occur.
- Generate compliant nutrition facts panels (NFPs) and ingredient declarations for final approval from the USDA Labeling Lead.
- Provide support to maintain the Genesis system by inputting updated nutrition information from suppliers and ensuring that data does not exceed software storage restrictions.
- React promptly to all requests from the Product Integration Manager and associated teams (R&D, Labeling, Sales, and Production).
- Review recipes in development for regulatory compliance alongside the USDA Labeling Lead.
- Knowledge of labeling regulations, providing support to extended Product Integration Team, Marketing, Production, FSQA, R&D, and external customers.
- Continuously develop knowledge of other departments of the company to expand understanding of how compliant labeling holds a role within food safety.
- Crosstrain within the team to expand capabilities where necessary.
- Perform maintenance on internal/external systems to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate; as well as verifying new data entered in systems is consistent in its format.
- Manage our product specifications program, including updates, custom requests, and SQF requirements.
- Manage the Approved Supplier Program through SafetyChain.

Qualifications
- Quick learner.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in system data maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight timelines.
- Pays attention to detail but is aware of the overall big picture.
- Proactive and self‐motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong team player who can work with a diverse team, as well as independently.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, and Outlook.
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred. This will allow for easy communication with the production floor.
- Knowledge or experience with SAGE, CAT2, ZOHO, Bartender, LabelPaq, and NiceLabel preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively via email and telephone.
Working conditions
- 90% at the office, 5% remote/traveling and 5% in the plant.
- Office environment and production environment can vary from cold and damp to hot temperatures.
- Fast paced.
- Moderate noise.
Physical requirements
- The role requires the ability to walk and navigate stairs within the plant premises.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when needed.
