Our Uncured Turkey Bacon is All Natural and made with just 6 simple ingredients. We only use high quality cuts of turkey. The delicious flavor comes naturally from Real Wood Smoke using our signature blend of hardwoods like Hickory and Applewood. Take one look at our Uncured Turkey Bacon and you can see the difference. Most of the big brands mass produce bacon using “mechanically separated turkey” to create a mash that is formed and colored to look like bacon but doesn’t typically taste great and has an unappealing texture.

SKILLET: Pre-heat skillet to medium high. Heat slices while turning them every minute to ensure uniform browning. When the slices are half way done turn heat to medium. Drain on paper towels.
BAKE: Place separated strips on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400° F.
MICROWAVE: Place strips in shallow glass container or on paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Cook on HIGH power. 2 strips: 1 ½ min., 4 strips: 2 ½ min.
AIR FRY: Pre-heat to 350°F, heat slices on a wire/mesh rack for 8 minutes.
