Beef Bacon Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Dark brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan bacon and set bacon aside.
  2. Cook onion in left over bacon grease  until translucent.
  3.  Rinse Cannellini and Kidney beans and add to the pan.
  4. Then add in the other ingredients and stir. Heat until a light simmer.
  5. Place in a baking dish at 350°F for 50 minutes covered. Serve warm.
