Ingredients
- 24 oz Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
- 2 lbs Orzo pasta
- 4 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 pack Boursin cheese – herb and garlic
- 1 lb Gruyere cheese
- 3 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 8 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 lb spinach
Instructions
1. In a large baking dish, add the orzo, stock, garlic, Boursin, herbs, sun dried tomatoes, and Beef Bacon.
2. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
3. Stir and mix in the spinach and Gruyere cheese for about 5-7 minutes, until the spinach is wilted.
