Beef Bacon in Orzo Pasta

  • 24oz Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
  • 2lbs Orzo Pasta
  • 4C Beef Stock
  • 1T Thyme
  • 1T Rosemary
  • 1T Parsley
  • 1 pack Boursin Cheese Herb and garlic
  • 1# Gruyere Cheese
  • 3T Garlic
  • 8oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1lb Spinach


1. In a large baking dish add the Orzo, stock, garlic, boursin, herbs, sun dried tomatoes, and beef bacon in a baking dish.
2. Cover with tinfoil and Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
3. Stir and mix in the spinach and Gruyere cheese for about 5-7 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
