Beef Bacon in Orzo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
  • 2 lbs Orzo pasta
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 pack Boursin cheese – herb and garlic
  • 1 lb Gruyere cheese
  • 3 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 8 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 lb spinach

Instructions

1. In a large baking dish, add the orzo, stock, garlic, Boursin, herbs, sun dried tomatoes, and Beef Bacon.
2. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
3. Stir and mix in the spinach and Gruyere cheese for about 5-7 minutes, until the spinach is wilted.
