- 24oz Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
- 2lbs Orzo Pasta
- 4C Beef Stock
- 1T Thyme
- 1T Rosemary
- 1T Parsley
- 1 pack Boursin Cheese Herb and garlic
- 1# Gruyere Cheese
- 3T Garlic
- 8oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1lb Spinach
1. In a large baking dish add the Orzo, stock, garlic, boursin, herbs, sun dried tomatoes, and beef bacon in a baking dish.
2. Cover with tinfoil and Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
3. Stir and mix in the spinach and Gruyere cheese for about 5-7 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
