Ingredients
- 1 everything bagel, toasted
- 2 pieces Godshall’s Canadian turkey bacon
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 slice American cheese
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Toast and butter the bagel.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the Canadian Turkey Bacon, and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the vegetable oil, then add the eggs, season them with salt and pepper, and quickly stir them into a circle roughly the size of the bagel. Allow them to cook for about 30 seconds in this shape, then flip them to finish cooking.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing a piece of Canadian Turkey Bacon on the bottom half of the bagel followed by the cheese, eggs, sliced avocado, hot sauce, the second piece of Canadian Turkey Bacon, and finally the top half of the bagel.
