Canadian Turkey Bacon Bagel Sandwich



  • 1 Everything bagel, toasted
  • 2 pieces Godshall’s Canadian turkey bacon
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste


  1. Toast and butter the bagel.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the Canadian Turkey Bacon and cook for roughly 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned on both sides, remove from the pan, and set aside.
  3.  Add the vegetable oil to the pan, then add the eggs, and quickly stir them into a circle roughly the size of the bagel. Allow them to cook for about 30 seconds in this shape then flip them to finish cooking.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing a piece of Canadian turkey bacon on the bottom half of the bagel followed by the cheese, eggs, sliced avocado, hot sauce, and finally the second piece of Canadian turkey bacon.
