- 1 Package Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
- 1# Raw Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)
- 5oz Mango Habanero Sauce
- 1 Lime, juice and zest
- Salt and Pepper
- Toss the shrimp in 2oz of the Mango Habanero Sauce, salt and pepper and the lime zest.
- Wrap each shrimp with a half a piece of turkey bacon and skewer to keep together
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through
- Use extra Mango Sauce for dipping.
