Tropical Turkey Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 package Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 5 oz Mango Habanero sauce
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp in 2 oz of the Mango Habanero sauce, salt and pepper, and the lime zest.
  2. Wrap each shrimp with half slice of Turkey Bacon and skewer to keep together.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
  4. Use extra Mango sauce for dipping.
