Ingredients
- 1 package Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
- 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 5 oz Mango Habanero sauce
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp in 2 oz of the Mango Habanero sauce, salt and pepper, and the lime zest.
- Wrap each shrimp with half slice of Turkey Bacon and skewer to keep together.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Use extra Mango sauce for dipping.
