Ingredients
- 2 packs Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a frying pan, cook the Beef Bacon and set it aside.
- Cook the onion in the bacon grease, until translucent.
- Rinse cannellini and kidney beans and add to the pan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Heat to a light simmer.
- Place in a baking dish, cover, and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Serve warm.
