Peppered Turkey Bacon Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Godshall’s Peppered Turkey Bacon
  • 2 flatbreads (5” x 12”)
  • 1/2 cup Boom Boom sauce (see below for recipe)
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • Parsley or chives, for garnish

Boom Boom Sauce

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust for desired spice level)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)
  • Mix well in a bowl and keep refrigerated.

Instructions

  1. Cook the Peppered Turkey Bacon according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Lay the flatbreads on a cutting board and spread the sauce over it.
  4. Place two layers of Godshall’s Turkey Bacon slices crisscrossed on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  6. Place topped flatbreads directly on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is crispy on the bottom.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley or chives, cut into pieces, and serve.
