Ultimate Beef Bacon Hash

  • 2 packs Godshall’s Beef Bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb fingerling potatoes, boiled
  • 8 oz butter
  • ½ cup broccoli, steamed and chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons Adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Mesquite steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, over easy


  1. Chop, boil, and cool the fingerling potatoes.
  2. In a pan, cook the chopped Beef Bacon and set it aside. Using the rendered fat and butter, add in the potatoes, adobo, mesquite, herbs, and sauté until the potatoes get crispy.
  3. Once crispy, keep the heat low, toss in the bacon, cheddar, salt and pepper, broccoli, hot sauce, and honey.
  4. Place in a bowl and top with the over-easy eggs.
