Turkey Bacon Chicken Salad


I cup                            shredded cooked chicken

4 piece                        Godshall’s Turkey Bacon

⅓ cup                          chopped celery (about 1 medium stalk)

¼ cup                         diced red onion (about 1 quarter medium onion)

1 Tablespoon             dill chopped

1 Tablespoon             white wine vinegar

½ cup                         Greek yogurt

To taste                      salt and pepper


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add Godshall’s Turkey Bacon and cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and repeat until evenly browned on both sides. Remove to a cutting board, cool and cut into thin strips.
  2. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Enjoy right away or store refrigerated in an airtight container.
