Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 4 strips Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
- ⅓ cup chopped celery (about 1 medium stalk)
- ¼ cup diced red onion (about ¼ medium onion)
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add Godshall’s Turkey Bacon, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and repeat until evenly browned on both sides. Remove to a cutting board, cool, and cut into thin strips.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Enjoy right away or store refrigerated in an airtight container.
