Turkey Bacon Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 strips Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
  • ⅓ cup chopped celery (about 1 medium stalk)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion (about ¼ medium onion)
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add Godshall’s Turkey Bacon, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and repeat until evenly browned on both sides. Remove to a cutting board, cool, and cut into thin strips.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Enjoy right away or store refrigerated in an airtight container.
