Bacon, Eggs & Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3 strips Godshall’s Beef Bacon 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz Cheddar cheese
  • Pea sprouts to taste
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 slice toast
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Sauté the peppers and onions in 1 tablespoon of  butter. Remove from the pan.
  2. Scramble the cheese and eggs.
  3. Cook the bacon, according to package instructions.
  4. Butter the toast, place the eggs on top, then the peppers, onions, and sprouts.
  5. Top with the Beef Bacon strips and enjoy!
