Ingredients
- 3 strips Godshall’s Beef Bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz Cheddar cheese
- Pea sprouts to taste
- ½ red onion, diced
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 slice toast
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Sauté the peppers and onions in 1 tablespoon of butter. Remove from the pan.
- Scramble the cheese and eggs.
- Cook the bacon, according to package instructions.
- Butter the toast, place the eggs on top, then the peppers, onions, and sprouts.
- Top with the Beef Bacon strips and enjoy!
