Ingredients
- 1/2 pack Godshall’s Beef Bacon, Chopped
- 1 Bag (28 oz) Frozen French Fries
- 1 Shallot
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoon All-purpose Four
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 2 Cups White Cheddar Cheese Curds
Instructions
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet, and bake according to the package directions.
- Add bacon to a pan, cook over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Add the shallots and garlic to the pan, and cook until soft.
- Add the flour while stirring constantly until it becomes a golden color.
- Pour the chicken broth into the pan little by little, while stirring constantly.
- Add the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue to stir until the gravy gets thicker, about 5 minutes.
- Put the fries in a serving dish, and top with cheese curds, gravy, mozzarella cheese, and the bacon.
